Tammerfors stift

Biskopsstiftet är ett kyrkligt förvaltningsområde som leds av biskopen, domkapitlet och stiftsfullmäktige. Stiftets uppgift är att stödja församlingarnas arbetsgemenskap, anställda, chefer och administration. Sin uppgift utför stiftet genom att vägleda, coacha, konsultera, råda och utbilda.

Tammerfors stift är efter Åbo ärkestift Finlands näst äldsta stift, vars historia sträcker sig till år 1554. Till stiftet hör från och med 1.1.2020 38 församlingar och två kyrkliga samfälligheter. Församlingarna bildar från och med 1.1.2020 fem prosterier.

Stiftets biskop är Matti Repo.

Vänskapsstifter till Tammerfors stift är synoden Delaware-Maryland (ELCA), ev. luth. kyrkans östra stift (ELCIN) i Namibia, Strängnäs stift i Sverige och stiftet i Manchester (Church of England).

Diocese of Tampere

Dioceses are ecclesiastical regions led by a bishop, diocesan chapter and diocesan council. The diocese’s mission is to support the communities, employees, leadership and administration of parishes in its region. It carries out its mission through guidance, training, consulting, counselling and education.

The Diocese of Tampere is the second-oldest diocese in Finland after the Archdiocese of Turku and dates back its history to 1554. As of 1 January 2020, the diocese consists of 38 parishes and two parish unions. As of 1 January 2020, the parishes form a total of five deaneries.

The bishop of the diocese is Matti Repo.

The sister dioceses of the Diocese of Tampere are the Delaware-Maryland synod (ELCA), the Eastern Diocese of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia (ELCIN), the Diocese of Strängnäs in Sweden, and the Diocese of Manchester of the Church of England.

Die Diözese Tampere

Die Diözese ist ein Kirchenbezirk, der vom Bischof, vom Domkapitel und vom Diözesenrat geleitet wird. Die Aufgabe der Diözese besteht in der Unterstützung der Arbeitsgemeinschaften, Mitarbeiter, Betreuer und Verwaltungen der Gemeinden der Region. Sie erfüllt ihre Aufgabe durch Anleitung, Beratung, Coaching und Schulungen.

Die Diözese Tampere ist nach der Erzdiözese Turku die zweitälteste Diözese Finnlands, deren Geschichte bis ins Jahr 1554 zurückreicht. Die Diözese umfasst seit dem 1.1.2020 38 Gemeinden und zwei Gemeindeverbände. Die Gemeinden bilden seit dem 1.1.2020 fünf  Propsteien.

Die Partnerdiözesen der Diözese Tampere sind die Delaware-Maryland Synode (ELCA), die östliche Diözese der evang-luth. Kirche Namibias (Elcin), die Diözese von Strängnnäs in Schweden und die Diözese von Manchester (Church of England).
